We do not sell expired, imitations, knockoffs or
duplicate products. We stand by 100%
genuine products.

How do
I Pay for my order?
We accept credit cards: Mastercard, Visa or Debit
cards
Currency: All cards will be charged in NZD

Can we
use Afterpay, Layby, Pay Pal, zipPay or other forms of payment?
Sorry, we do not have any arrangements for these
types of payments or accept direct credits from Bank Accounts. All transactions need to be done on line with
credit or debit cards.

Can I add,
change or cancel my order once I have completed my checkout?
It’s impossible for us to make any changes to the
contents or the shipping address of your order as our direct online
ordering is linked to our European Warehouse in real time. Due to automatic systems,
they cannot be stopped.
Please choose carefully and ensure your address is
correct and you have re-confirmed your products that you are ordering BEFORE
submitting your order. The Order will be
delivered to the address you have indicated on your order confirmation.
Our support office and order processing are located
in New Zealand. Some locally
manufactured products are despatched from New Zealand. The majority of our exclusive global brands
are sourced from our European supplier and your order is processed in their
high tech, robot operated pick and pack warehouse. From there we endeavour to
complete the order delivery to your door as soon as possible.

Can I
change of mind regarding products purchased?
We will endeavour to try to accommodate where
possible should replacement stock be in NZ.
However, if products were secured from overseas
(outside of NZ) a change of mind is not possible.

Can I
ask for a refund when I have changed my mind?
If you change your mind about purchasing a product
or service, you’re not automatically entitled to a refund or exchange. Please choose your products carefully.

Does
Fragrance Events ship outside of New Zealand?
Currently we ship
only to and within New Zealand as of 1st March 2022.

How
long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed
after 3pm, the following day will be counted as the first business day. Most orders are despatched 2-4 days after
being placed and a further 7 days in transit from Europe to New Zealand. Once in New Zealand the Couriers timeframe
is next business day for city areas and within 3 business days for rural
areas. South Island deliveries will take
2-3 business days

Can I
track my delivery?
You will receive
an email from the courier once in NZ to say it’s on its way and will have a
tracking number and NZ Courier contact details.
Receivers
Signature is required from shipping address.

What if
I am not at home at time of delivery?
A NZ Courier card
may be left in letterbox for further delivery arrangement.

What is
the Product returns period?
We have a 14 Days Return Policy from day you
received your order
After 14 days, we will not be able to offer you any
refund or replacement for another product.
If there is an issue with your order/products, we
recommend contacting us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
