Handling and Shipping Calculations

Delivery charges are calculated from our European warehouse to delivery to your doorstep anywhere in New Zealand.


Online E-Commerce Orders

Up to two small items is $14.95 delivered within New Zealand. Every additional item, we added $3.95 per item. **your free gift with purchase over $115 (minimum gift value $45) counts as one item.


Event Order with Host

Each guest at the event pays $6.50 per person for handling (minimum for event is 6 guests) with all guest orders arriving together to one destination. Should a guest require an individual courier that fall under the “online orders” courier guidelines.


Order Processes

Please be aware that it will be impossible for us to make any changes to the contents or the shipping address of your order, as our direct line ordering is linked to our European Warehouse in real time. Please choose carefully and ensure your address is correct, and you have re-confirmed your products that you are ordering before submitting your order.

Our support office is located in New Zealand. Some locally manufactured products are despatched from New Zealand. However, the majority of our exclusive global brands are sourced from our European warehouse and your order is processed in our high-tech, robot operated pick and pack warehouse. From there, we endeavour to complete the order for delivery to your door as soon as possible.


Shipping Processes

If your order is placed after 12noon, the following day will be counted as the first business day. Most orders are despatched 2-4 days after being placed and a further 7 business days in transit from Europe to NZ. Once in NZ the local NZ Courier rules apply, which is 2-3 days within NZ.


NZ Courier Delivery

Once your order arrives in NZ you will receive an email from the courier that your order is on

its way and the email will include a tracking number and Courier contact details. Once you receive the delivery email, the general timeframe is next business day for city areas and within 3 business days for North Island. South Island and rural deliveries will take 4-5 business days.

NZ Warehouse Despatch – mainly Signature Candles and Reed Diffusers, if your order is placed after 12noon the following day will be counted as the first business day. Most orders will reach local Auckland next day, while out of Auckland is 2-3 days North Island and 4-5 days South Island.

By default, all our Orders delivered to the receiver’s provided shipping address, require a ‘Receiver’s Signature‘ for the parcel to be left, or a card may be left in the letterbox for further delivery arrangement. Note: If the Parcel was meant to be signed for at your property, and you/any one at your address has not received it, then please contact the Courier Company directly. Use the Tracking Number in your delivery email as reference. The Courier Support Team can contact the Delivery Driver of your particular area and he/she can share more details about this delivery at your address. If there is a mistake from Courier’ send, then we will take appropriate action immediately to resolve the issue.


Covid Shipping Notes

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, currently most transit and courier networks are experiencing delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions. Courier delivery volumes

have increased also, which adds to the time frame of delivery. Thank you for your patience, as this is beyond our control. During the unfortunate events of a pandemic like COVID-19 if lock down

occurs there are contactless deliveries. In most cases, the Courier Drivers may leave the parcel in the letterbox or around the area near the front door and sometimes backdoors out of sight. Please

check these areas again before calling or emailing the office.
